To reserve a property you will need to complete our application form and pay a referencing fee. For one person this is £300. For two people this is £390. The fee is non-refundable. This fee does not include the referencing of a guarantor(s) if required. Please note we do also charge small administration fees for tenancy renewals. These are £60 for a 6 month contract, £72 for a 12 month contract and £120 for a statutory periodic extension (i.e. monthly rolling).
